What counts as a pager?
A pager is a person who can receive pages. Each pager can install the iOS or Android app, receive push notifications and email, and optionally SMS and voice call escalation. You only pay for pagers beyond the 3 included free.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. PingParrot is month-to-month with no contracts. Cancel, downgrade, or remove pagers at any time and your billing adjusts at the next cycle.
How does SMS/Voice billing work?
SMS and voice call escalation are bundled into one optional add-on at +$4/pager/month. It applies per pager who has SMS or voice enabled — not per message or call. Add it only to pagers who need that extra layer of delivery.
Is there a limit on how many pages I can send?
No. All plans include unlimited pages sent. You pay for pagers (people), not for message volume.
