A text can sit unread. A call can go to voicemail. PingParrot sends an alert that keeps trying — repeating and escalating to the next family member — until someone actually responds. Works on any phone or tablet.
Mom — did you take your afternoon medication?

Grandpa hasn't checked in today
Auto-escalating to Sarah & David · just now
Texts get buried in notifications
A silenced phone, a busy home screen, a hundred other pings — an important message looks exactly like everything else.
A missed call doesn't tell you anything
Voicemail just means "try again later." You still don't know if everything is okay.
No way to confirm medication was actually taken
A daily reminder is easy to snooze and forget. There's no record of whether it actually happened.
Group texts don't escalate when no one answers
If the first person doesn't see it, nothing happens next — the message just sits there.
From a quick school-pickup change to checking in on aging parents.
Phone on silent during class, practice, or a game? PingParrot's alert breaks through the same way a hospital emergency page does, so it actually gets seen.
Send a daily "everything okay?" check-in. If they don't respond within a window you set, PingParrot automatically alerts another family member instead of leaving you guessing.
Not just a reminder — an alert that requires a tap to confirm. You get a record of exactly when it was sent and when it was acknowledged.
Add grandparents, siblings, or a home caregiver to the same alert circle. Everyone stays informed without a chaotic group chat.
A power outage, a security alert, a burst pipe — send it once and know someone actually saw it, instead of hoping a text gets read in time.
A weekly "let us know you're good" alert that's a lot harder to accidentally ignore than a text buried in a group chat.
Simple enough to set up in a couple of minutes.
Send an alert
From the app or dashboard, send a message to a family member — a check-in, a reminder, or anything urgent.
It keeps trying until it's seen
The alert repeats every few minutes with a distinctive sound and breaks through silent mode, instead of disappearing into a notification list.
No response? It escalates
If no one acknowledges it within the time you set, PingParrot automatically alerts the next family member on the list.
You get a simple history
See exactly who was alerted, when, and when they responded — no more wondering if a message actually got through.
Breaks Through Silent Mode
Alerts use the same high-priority delivery as hospital and emergency-alerting systems, so they reach the device even when it's silenced.
Repeats Until Acknowledged
An alert keeps sounding every few minutes until someone actually opens it and responds — nothing gets silently missed.
Automatic Escalation
If the first person doesn't respond in time, it automatically alerts the next family member on your list.
Works on Any Phone or Tablet
iPhone, Android, or a shared family tablet — everyone can be reached the same way.
Simple Family Circles
Add parents, kids, grandparents, or caregivers to one shared group in a couple of taps.
Full Response History
See exactly when an alert was sent and when it was acknowledged, so you're never left guessing.
Email Fallback
If a push notification can't be delivered, the alert falls back to email automatically with a one-tap confirm link.

All plans include unlimited alerts, push notifications, and email fallback everywhere. Billing is month-to-month, prices in CAD.
What if my kid doesn't have the app open?
PingParrot sends a high-priority push notification that breaks through silent mode and Do Not Disturb on both iPhone and Android. It repeats every few minutes until they open it and respond — a normal text or silenced call can't do that.
Can I check if my mom took her medication?
Yes. Send a scheduled or one-off alert asking for confirmation. You'll see exactly when it was delivered and when she acknowledged it, and if she doesn't respond in time it can automatically alert another family member.
Is this free?
Yes, free for up to 3 devices with no time limit. Beyond that it's a small monthly fee per additional device, only if you need it. SMS text alerts are an optional paid add-on and currently only available in Canada — push notification and email alerts are free and available everywhere.
Does this work if their phone is on silent?
Yes — that's the entire point. PingParrot uses the same high-priority delivery methods built for hospital and IT emergency alerting, so it reaches the device even when notifications are normally silenced.
3 devices free forever. No hardware required. Set up in minutes.
