How does on-call scheduling work?

You create a schedule with named time windows assigned to team members. Entries can repeat on any interval — weekly, biweekly, every 5 weeks, or any custom rotation. When a page is sent to a schedule, PingParrot automatically pages whoever is on call at that moment.

What are escalation policies?
